Human mind wants to know a lot about new things in science and technology. Potli massage is one such Ayurvedic form of medicine that involves fresh and dried Ayurvedic herbs.
The herbs are picked depending on your body constitution and the malady that you are being treated for.
Then they are packed into a soft muslin cloth and dipped in warm medicated oil (if a wet massage is needed) or sand or some herbal powder (if a dry massage is required) and then massaged on the localised pressure points
